Our client, an international company located in the Geneva area, is looking for a Receptionnist / Administrative assistant – full time – for 6 months.


  • Ensure the first point of contact between the company and external callers, visitors, providers
  • Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Various administrative support
  • Replacement during maternity cover

Profil :

  • « Maturité commerciale » or similar certificate
  • Significative experience as receptionnist/assistant
  • Fluent in French and English, any other languages would be an asset
  • Experience MS Office tools
  • Dynamic young person with positive attitude, excellent presentation, flexibility
